Floy is detailed-oriented, goal driven, and excels at multitasking. She has an established customer centered approach where she focuses on customer satisfaction.

If you call, there is a good chance that Wendy will answer. She enjoys talking to customers and helping to resolve problems as they arise. When not answering phones she is helping with time sheets and other miscellaneous projects. Wendy is reliable and trustworthy. Her work ethic is impeccable and she strives to always do her best. We greatly appreciate her tremendous contribution.

Cathy has a rich history of customer service and office administration. Cathy loves to meet and talk to new people. Her normal office hours are Monday through Friday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Mike Sajdak thrives on crafting teams and empowering individuals to excel in their roles. Away from team support, he finds fulfillment in tackling service calls, particularly those challenging to resolve. He holds an NFI Certified Gas Specialist certification from the National Fireplace Institute (NFI#176916, valid through 3/31/2027), an agency dedicated to professional certification and part of the HPB Education Foundation.

Thanh has a positive attitude that is contagious. He loves to meet new customers and fix difficult gas fireplace problems. He always works hard to do the best job possible--shortcuts are not in his DNA. Thanh is also a company trainer. Outside of work, Thanh is very close to his family and assists his mom in many ways.

Sean is a highly trusted member of the team, because he works with diligence and integrity. He enjoys meeting new people and applying his skills with excellence. Sean's personality is very engaging and you will find that he is a joy to work with.

Daniel is a kind, consistent and dependable member of the team. He loves to learn and apply his skills. We are grateful for Daniel's service and you will be, too.

Nik is a rockstar. He approaches each and every job like it is his own fireplace.

Cameron is an easy-going individual who work methodically and carefully. Working with Cameron, you quickly realize that this is a very capable and smart individual.

Bryan Morales is a soon-to-be father that enjoys working hard and providing for his family. Bryan communicates well and loves to learn new things.

Brian is strives to do everything well. From being early to appointments to working calmy and methodically, Brian gets the job done!

Alec is an extremely hard worker who enjoys new challenges. When confronted with a problem, he is one of the first to come up with an "out of the box" idea that's actually really good. He is fun to talk to and get to know. Alec is car enthusiast that loves to read in his free time. He dreams of some day running and owning his own business.

Justin has been with Gas Fireplace Doctors for many years. You will love his positive attitude and efficiency. Justin loves people and doing his job well.
