The Gas Fireplace Institute recommends that gas fireplaces be serviced annually. We provide exceptional Heatilator gas fireplace service in the entire Denver metro area. We service all gas fireplace makes and models. Our standard fee is $195, which should get your gas fireplace looking and running great again. If parts are needed, we will communicate the additional cost for the replacement part. All services are warrantied for 90 days. As always, we are available to answer questions or concerns.

Below is a standard checklist outlining what our Service technician will do for you:

• Test for carbon monoxide leaks
• Check for and repair gas leaks
• Inspect and test all critical parts and sensors
• Inspect and adjust the pilot light
• Attempt to refurbish existing parts
• Gas valve safety adjustments
• Clean the main gas burner
• Clean out the pilot assembly
• Carefully clean and re-test safety sensors
• Identify any part that may need to be replaced
• Attempt to clean the creosote off the inside of your glass fireplace window with the proper solution
• Vacuum the inside of your fireplace
• Replace the fireplace embers
